A very clean and comfy place. Room was outstanding with the valley view. We stayed at 107. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was delicious. If you wake up at 6 you can view the hot air baloons from the terrace. Lovely at the time of sunset as well (we had a great time watching the sunset with our kashmiri pink tea) Location was perfect, a very nice village near to goreme and avanos. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Definitely recommend it. :)

If you want to be in the heart of the sights and action but also like some quiet time this place is perfect. The staff are really good. Breakfast is excellent. Also the balloon flights fly over this area so no need to get up early as you can simply go on the roof terrace to watch

Exceptionally clean place, we arrived early and asked if we could check in early. The male at reception prioritised the cleaning for our room which was 109, the honey moon suite. Huge bed and huge bathroom, there is a walk in shower and a jacuzzi bath tub! this place as awesome views and a nice peaceful terrace. The couple run the place in the morning and another man takes over in the evening. The service provided by the all from kitchen staff to the receptionist was fantastic. We were rushed on our breakfast day they provide a traditional Turkish brekkie which looked nice but we had 5 minutes before our tour guide came to pick us up earlier than stated. The staff were very accommodating to our requests. Room was quite warm in the night for us. We defo recommend this place.

I went there on my honeymoon, once we entered the room we were fascinated by the mood, the old decoration, the rocks and everything. I payed already for an updated room that has turkish bath and jaccuzi. When we decided tu use the jaccuzi, a very bad smell came out of it, we were very disappointed, the internet was always off until the made a closed wireless for us in the last 2 days. The place is fair, not at our expectations, but the owner and his wife were very gentle and welcoming. Last advice don't take the offers for cappadocia tours from the hotel, because we payed 20 dollars extra for each activity, and when we faced them about this issue they always find an illogic response. Fair place, nice people, but the service was an "old school service" and expensive comparing the experience itself.

The family host is the most amazing people we've ever met In all the places we have been traveling to.. the room is big ,big bathroom, the view on the terrace is also great we took nice photos with balloons. The location is great, in few minutes walk you will find cafes and shop but the area is still quiet and relaxing!
